Frequently asked questions
How long do I keep access to a course?
You receive at least 24 months of access from the purchase date. If a course is retired, we notify you 90 days prior and provide an alternative of equal or greater value.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Complete the assessments and portfolio review to receive a certificate of completion from TexturaFlor Institute. Certificates validate your skills but are not a government license.
Are the methods safe for sensitive clients?
We focus on hygiene, labeling, and clear communication about plant materials. We do not offer medical advice; we provide operational practices that reduce avoidable risks.
What is your refund policy?
If less than 20% of a course is viewed within 14 days, you can request a refund. Once significant course material is consumed or downloaded, refunds are not available.
Can I use the content for my studio team?
Individual licenses are for one learner. For teams, contact us for a group license with shared dashboards and progress tracking.
Do you cover foam-free mechanics?
Yes. Our installation and bouquet tracks emphasize foam-free, reusable mechanics and water-wise strategies with real-world constraints.
Will you tell me what flowers to buy each season?
We teach selection frameworks so you can adapt to your market and climate. We provide seasonal matrices and handling notes rather than rigid recipes.
What equipment do I need to start?
A sanitized toolkit: sharp shears, blades, tape, labeled buckets, and a clean preparation area. Each course lists exact supplies and safety notes.
Do you offer live feedback?
Select courses include optional critique packs. Submit photos and process notes to receive structured feedback within seven days.
